# Overview

> Query, visualise, and export platform activity data across domains and date ranges.

## Introduction

Data & Reports is where you query, visualise, and export activity data from across your platform. It organises data into **domains** — such as Orders, Transactions, and Channels — and gives you three modes for working with that data: a visual tile view, a structured report view, and a rule-based query builder.

It is designed to support:

* Reviewing saved reports built for your organisation
* Exploring activity trends across a selected date range
* Filtering and grouping data by dimensions relevant to your operations
* Exporting results for external reporting

## Navigating to Data & Reports

Open Data & Reports from the left navigation bar. The icon is a bar chart. The module opens to the landing view showing your saved reports and the domain selector.

### Date Range

The date range selector sits in the top bar and applies to everything in the module. Set your start and end date before opening any report or running any query.

> [!NOTE]
>
> The date range persists across modes. Changing it in one mode updates all views.

### Domain Selector

The right panel prompts you to pick a domain and a view. Select a domain pill to filter the available views beneath it.

The available domains are:

| Domain | What it covers |
| - | - |
| Assessments | Assessment activity and outcomes |
| Channels | Engagement across WhatsApp, voice, and other channels |
| Documents | Document interactions |
| Orders | Order volume and source attribution |
| Semantic Insights | Conversation-level semantic analysis |
| Transactions | Transaction records and conversion data |

Once you select a domain and a view, the module opens in the last-used mode for that combination.

## The Three Modes

Three mode icons sit in the top bar, to the left of the date range. They switch how data is presented without changing your domain or view selection.

> [tab] View Tiles

>
> View Tiles is the visual summary mode. It renders pre-built chart panels for your selected domain and view.
>
> For the Orders domain, two panels are shown side by side:
>
> * **Orders Chart** — a bar chart of daily order volume across the selected date range. Each bar represents one day.
> * **Order Source Attribution + DrillDown** — a breakdown of orders by referral source and booking channel, showing counts per sub-source.
>
> Use this mode for a quick read of volume and source mix without configuring any filters.

>
> Report mode gives you a structured, configurable view of your data with export capability.
>
> **Saved Filters** appear as tabs at the top of the panel. Click any tab to load that filter set immediately.
>
> Below the saved filters, configure your report using:
>
> | Control | Options | What it does |
> | - | - | - |
> | Granularity | Monthly / Weekly / Daily / None | Groups data points by time period |
> | Canonical | Transaction / Conversion / Acquisition | Sets the primary metric being counted |
> | Grouping | None / Agent / Shop / LOB\_GP / Location\_GP | Splits results by the selected dimension |
>
> Add rules using the AND/OR rule builder and Add Rule to narrow your data further, then click **FETCH** to run.
>
> > [!NOTE]
> >
> > Reports do not load automatically. Configure your options first, then click **FETCH**.
>
> The result panel shows a total count headline and the chart. Use the four icons above the chart to switch between table, bar, pie, and line views.
>
> Use **Add comparison** to overlay a second data set on the same chart. Use **Export** (top right) to download the results.

> [tab] Query Builder
>
> ![Query Builder](https://mintcdn.com/neuroncx/kWJCG2ir9-KHFlRn/images/query_builder.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=kWJCG2ir9-KHFlRn\&q=85\&s=3edb00e53b2756757a887fb1cf3de94c)
>
> Query Builder is the ad-hoc filter mode. Use it to construct a custom query against any domain and fetch results on demand.
>
> **Saved Filters** — any filters previously saved for this domain appear at the top. Click **Manage filters** (top right) to edit or delete saved filters.
>
> **Rules and Filters** — build your query using:
>
> * The AND / OR toggle to set how rules combine
> * Add Rule to add a field, operator, and value condition
> * The reset icon (circular arrow) to clear all rules
> * Filter to add a filter group
>
> Click **FETCH** to run the query. Nothing loads until you do.
>
> > [!WARNING]
> >
> > If no rules are added, fetching returns all records for the domain within your selected date range.
>
> To save a query for reuse, click the bookmark icon in the breadcrumb bar after running it.
