# Document Console

> How clinicians and technicians review, edit, and confirm NeuronCx's auto-parsed prescription tests before sending them back to the diagnostic centre.

## Introduction

When a prescription reaches a patient record, NeuronCx reads the handwritten or printed order and turns it into a checklist of tests. That checklist isn't sent anywhere on its own — it lands on the **Prescription** tab first, where a clinician or technician reviews it, corrects anything the read got wrong, and confirms before it goes back to the diagnostic centre. The parsing is automated; the decision stays with a person.

## Access

The **Prescription** tab (marked with a pin icon) sits on the patient record, alongside **Summary**, **Attributes**, and **Orders**. It populates automatically once a prescription is received, and stays pinned to the top of the record for quick access on repeat visits.

## Layout & Walkthrough

**1. Source card** Shows the uploaded prescription image alongside its source tag (e.g. `ASL_API`) and a `SUCCESS` status once parsing completes, with a plain-language summary of the tests identified from the handwriting (for example: ANA profile, C3/C4, CBC/CRP, S. creatinine, SGOT/SGPT, urine AM & PC ratio).

**2. Top counters** **SKU**, **City**, **Branch Type**, and **Diagnostic Center** counts sit beside the two action buttons, **Resend Test Details** and **Review Completed**, and update live as the test list changes.

**3. Test table** Each identified test appears as a row with: `ID`, `SKU`, `ASL_TESTCODE`, `DAYRATE`, `NIGHTRATE`, `WAP_INTERACTIVELIST_TITLE`, `WAP_INTERACTIVELIST_DESCRIPTION`, `WAP_INTERACTIVELIST_CAPTION`. A checkbox on each row controls whether that test is included.

**4. Editing the list** Unchecking a test doesn't remove it silently — the SKU name gets a strikethrough with a red **REMOVING** tag next to it, and the **SKU** counter updates immediately. Nothing is actually removed until the change is saved. Use **+ Add** to search the full test catalog and bring in any test the parser missed.

**5. Saving changes** A red **Unsaved changes** flag appears next to **Save** as soon as any edit is made. Clicking **Save** commits the change.

> [!WARNING]
>
> Click **Review Completed** first, then **Resend Test Details**. Resend Test Details sends the finalized list to the diagnostic centre — it should only happen after the review is marked complete.

| Add a test not auto-detected | **+ Add** → search catalog |
| Confirm edits | **Save** |
| Mark review done | **Review Completed** (first) |
