# NeuronCx AI: Omnichannel Automations & Reasoning

NeuronCx is a hosted, fullstack AI platform built for teams that need more than a chatbot. ## Getting Started

**1. Log in to the Dashboard**

Go to [https://dash.neuroncx.in/](https://dash.neuroncx.in/) and sign in with your credentials. Contact [support@neuroncx.in](mailto:support@neuroncx.in) if you need access.

**2. Explore your Dashboard**

Review real-time metrics on conversations, campaigns, and system health. Enable or disable modular tiles to customize your view.

**3. Set Up Your Channels**

Configure WhatsApp, email, telephony, or web channels so NeuronCx AI can receive and send messages on your behalf.

**4. Work Your Leads**

Open the Transactions Console to filter incoming leads, call patients, update their details, and move them through stages toward a booking.
