The Transactions page gives you a detailed breakdown of how leads enter your platform and which channels, referrals, and campaigns are driving them. While the main Data & Reports dashboard shows you the volume of orders over time, the Transactions page explains the origin of those orders — answering questions like which channel is producing the most leads, whether two sources frequently overlap, and whether your UTM-tagged campaigns are attributing correctly. Use this page whenever you want to go beyond aggregate counts and understand the mechanics of your lead generation pipeline.

Transaction By Source

The Transaction By Source section shows you how leads are distributed across your acquisition channels within the selected date range. Each channel — whether that’s organic search, paid ads, direct messaging, referral links, or integrated third-party tools — appears with its corresponding lead count so you can see at a glance where your volume is coming from.
Set your date range to match a specific campaign period to isolate that campaign’s contribution by source. Comparing source distribution before, during, and after a campaign helps you identify which channels amplified your results and which remained flat.
To get the most from this section:
  • Identify your top-performing channels and ensure they have sufficient capacity (bot flows, agent availability, follow-up sequences) to handle the leads they generate.
  • Flag underperforming channels that receive investment but contribute disproportionately low lead volume — these may need creative or targeting adjustments.
  • Watch for sudden shifts in source distribution, which can indicate a channel going offline, a new integration going live, or a viral referral spike.

Secondary Source Overlap

Not every lead arrives through a single channel. Many users interact with your brand through multiple touchpoints before converting. The Secondary Source Overlap section lets you analyze which source pairs frequently appear together for the same user or transaction, revealing how channels reinforce each other.
High overlap between two sources doesn’t necessarily mean one is redundant. It often means users need exposure through both touchpoints to convert — a pattern called multi-touch attribution. Understanding this helps you avoid cutting channels that look weak in isolation but play a key supporting role in the full journey.
Use overlap data to:
  • Identify power combinations — source pairs with high overlap and high conversion rates that you should invest in jointly rather than individually.
  • Avoid double-counting — when reporting lead volume to stakeholders, overlap data helps you distinguish unique leads from leads that appear across multiple channels.
  • Optimize sequencing — if a particular secondary source consistently follows a primary one before conversion, you may be able to trigger the secondary touchpoint proactively to accelerate the journey.

Origin Referrals

The Origin Referrals section tracks where your referred leads are coming from at the domain or link level. This goes deeper than source-level attribution by showing you the specific referring URLs or partner sources that are sending users to your platform. Understanding referral origins helps you:
  • Measure partner performance — if you have affiliate relationships, referral programs, or co-marketing agreements, this section shows which partners are delivering and which are not.
  • Discover organic referrers — sometimes external websites, forums, or directories link to your platform without a formal arrangement. Identifying these lets you either formalize the relationship or optimize the landing experience for that traffic.
  • Troubleshoot broken referral flows — if a referral source drops off suddenly, it may indicate a broken link, an expired campaign, or a partner site change that needs attention.
Referral data is most accurate when your platform’s tracking parameters are consistently applied across all inbound links. If you notice referral volume that seems lower than expected, verify that partner links include the correct tracking configuration.

UTM Tags

UTM (Urchin Tracking Module) parameters let you attach campaign metadata to your inbound links so Neuroncx AI can attribute leads and transactions to specific marketing efforts. The UTM Tags section aggregates this attribution data and presents it by the standard UTM dimensions.
Identifies the platform or property that sent the traffic — for example, google, facebook, newsletter, or partner_site. Use this to compare performance across advertising platforms or owned channels.
If a significant portion of your transactions shows no UTM data, it means those leads arrived through untagged links. Audit your active campaigns and ensure every outbound link — in emails, ads, social posts, and partner placements — includes a complete UTM string. Untagged traffic makes accurate campaign attribution impossible.

Attribute Drilldown

Once you have identified the sources, referrals, and campaigns driving your transactions, you can go further by drilling into specific user or transaction attributes for a more detailed breakdown. The Attribute Drilldown tool lets you filter the transaction dataset by any attribute you choose, then export the results to Excel for offline analysis or reporting.
